It was a unique privilege being able to photograph the Shapiro's rehearsal dinner at Heather James Art Gallery on El Paseo in Palm Desert. They and their guests traveled from Los Angeles to Palm Springs just for this incredible gallery. It was a room filled with beautiful people and beautiful art. 

The Owners of Mr. Lyon's restaurant in Palm Springs made a spectacle of their catering both dinner and dessert. Banana leafs lining the dishes of enchiladas, ceviche, tacos, and an array of Mexican style assortments. Each wall, being lined with diverse art arrangements, made it hard to take a bad photo. The love and compassion that was shown from each guest of the soon to be Shapiro's truly showed how great they were as individuals.
